After the first edition of Works Art Fair Spring, we are now expanding Works Art Fair into a year-round format with two annual fairs.
The spring edition focuses on fresh energy, new works, and early-year art experiences, while the September edition continues as the established fair with the same high quality and atmosphere that both visitors and artists already know and appreciate.
Both fairs are curated art fairs with a focus on original contemporary art, presence, and the encounter between artist and audience.
Both artists and galleries are welcome to exhibit at Works Art Fair.
We do not take commission of your sales. 100% of what you sell, you keep.
Works Art Fair takes place at Ridehuset in Aarhus. It is open to application for both our fairs and we will continuously evaluate applications. There will be 45 stands at the exhibition. The stands will be. 8-22 sqm. large with associated walls and lights (spots). Its possible to book multiple stands.

GENEREL INFORMATION
Prices start from EUR 1.150,- ex. VAT (EUR 1.437,50,- incl. VAT) Prices are dependent on size and how many meters wall the stand has. See more under Floor plan and prices. If you are admitted to the exhibition you pay EUR 268,- ex. VAT (EUR 335,- incl. VAT) on deposit (first payment), which is charged on an invoice. Final reservation of the stand is only valid when the deposit is paid, you have 8 days from receiving the invoice to pay the deposit. The last payment is paid no later than 3 months before the exhibition. If you make a cancellation of your stand before the last payment, a refund of the deposit is not granted (first payment). If you make a cancellation of your stand after the last payment, no refund is granted.
It is possible for an exhibitor to rent two stands (with a discount of EUR 200,- ex. VAT), and it is possible for two exhibitors to share a stand for an additional price of EUR 200,- ex. VAT.
MARKETING
An extensive marketing of the exhibition is carried out, among other things, with posters and banners in the urban space, flyers, advertising in relevant newspapers/magazines, digital advertising via social media such as Facebook and Instagram and on digital stands in the urban space/malls. Each artist is also represented on Works Art Fair's website with its own profile page with pictures and info. Several art associations and companies will be invited to the exhibition. If you are aware of an association or company that you believe should be invited, please send us an email.
DURING THE FAIR
The exhibitors must be present at the stand throughout the fair. The exhibited art must be original art (though print is allowed if it is supplemented with original art). The exhibitors themself is responsible for the suspension of their works. Suspension can be made on Thursday at. 13:00 - 18:00 and Friday at. 8.00 - 11.30. Dismantling takes place on Sunday after the fair close between the hours. 17:00 - 19:00. Its not allowed to start dismantling before the fair close - this will result in a fine of EUR 1.000,-
The opening hours at the exhibition are as follows:
Friday: 12.00 - 19.00
Saturday: 10.00 - 18.00
Sunday: 10.00 - 17.00
Ridehuset as the exhibition takes place is cool and raw surroundings that complement the art. Thanks to the big windows in the side of the hall and the industrial lamps, the place has a good light for exhibiting art. The hall is approx. 1000 sqm.
The stand walls are white and the height is 2.50 m.

INSURANCE
In all cases, the exhibitors exhibited art, art objects and other possessions (eg, cell phones, bags, purses) are at the exhibitors own insurance. Works Art Fair disclaims any responsibility for personal, property and property damage as well as theft that may befall the exhibitor and any partner. The exhibitor is obliged to release Ridehuset and Works Art Fair for any third party claim due to such damage.
FORCE MAJEURE
Works Art Fair bears no responsibility for cancellation or moving of the fair in the event of any work conflict or any circumstance over which Works Art Fair does not control such as fire, water damage, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, war, terror, mobilization, seizure, riots or other unforeseen military intervention and other similar force majeure situation.
