The overall theme of most of Alf P.'s works is based on recycling and upcycling, where aesthetics still have to find their way. The reason he works on this premise is that he sees what happens to our planet, society and ourselves as human beings. And experience that we consume and consume without concern for the environment.

Alf P.'s art is his take on how we can become better at giving things a new life, a different meaning and a new expression. Through his art he hopes that the viewers will be led to the idea that we will have to think differently in order that our mother's earth can preserve its beauty. It cannot withstand the overuse that our society has had in the last several years.
